Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Gretchen—a certified coach, course creator, and single mom who has walked through the fire of burnout and found her way back with grace, power, and a whole lot of baby steps. Like so many single moms, I spent years doing everything—working, parenting, holding the household together—while slowly losing connection to my body, my joy, and myself. I looked “strong” on the outside, but inside I was exhausted, numb, and afraid to stop moving in case it all came crashing down. My breaking point wasn’t dramatic—it was ordinary. That’s what made it dangerous. It was the quiet, constant overwhelm that made me feel like I was disappearing under the weight of my responsibilities. Through deep personal work, and nervous-system-informed practices, I created my own path to recovery. And as I began to rise, I knew I wasn’t meant to do this just for myself—I was meant to light the way for others. This isn’t just a course. It’s a rite of passage back to your empowered self.
