I’m Gretchen de Castellane—a certified high-flow coach, former corporate executive, and single mom who has spent years mastering how to thrive under pressure and rebuild from burnout. But my expertise didn’t come from a smooth, easy journey. It came from facing some of life’s most overwhelming moments head-on. During my corporate career, I was known for my ability to solve high-stakes problems, lead teams through chaos, and turn setbacks into successes.  Trying to juggle the demands of work, single motherhood, and my own well-being left me exhausted and questioning if I could ever truly get ahead. Through trial, error, and sheer determination, I developed a system that transformed how I responded to life’s inevitable curveballs.
